Accuracy is a abstract noun. If an abstract noun is used in general sense no article is used before it

Abstract nouns refer to abstract ideas – things that do not physically exist, such as love, honesty, knowledge, education or friendship. Most abstract nouns are uncountable, and we do not use articles when we talk about things in general, for example:

I think education is the most essential factor in life.
Knowledge is power.

However, we use articles when we specify or define abstract ideas that we refer to, e.g. :

1. THE DEFINITE ARTICLE WITH ABSTRACT NOUNS

We use ‘the' with abstract nouns when we want to specify abstract ideas, for example:

I wasn't satisfied with the education I received from my university, so I started a postgraduate course.

The knowledge of computer software is very useful nowadays.

I once took in a local talent competition. I'll never forget the excitement I felt before the final.

2. THE INDEFINITE ARTICLE WITH ABSTRACT NOUNS

We use ‘a/an' with singular countable nouns when we want to define them or say what type of idea we are referring to, for example:

The position requires a strong knowledge of French.

We need an article here because we are talking about a particular type of knowledge and not about knowledge in general.

The journey turned out to be a disappointment.
The speaker is specifying what was disappointing.

But we do not use a/an with uncountable abstract nouns:

He started regular exercises for good health.
Do you think wealth brings happiness?
